A lightly sparkling medium dry cider made only from the Browns organic cider apple, a variety grown at Gattertop Farm in Herefordshire. Its natural sharpness is lightly sweetened so the complex flavours can shine through, and it's a firm favourite with the team at the cidery.

Founded in Herefordshire, we grow cider apples and perry pears without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, then press, ferment and bottle every drop ourselves — slowly, and never from concentrate.
