Ingredients

  • 2 litres of your favourite Dunkertons Organic Cider
  • 20 cl rum
  • 18 cl orange or apple juice
  • 2 sachets of mulling spices or use your preferred mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves 
  • A teaspoon of honey to sweeten if you wish

Method

Put all the ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan and heat slowly without boiling. When steaming hot, remove the spices and out into a warmed punch bowl or ladle straight into mugs.

Garnish with orange peel or cinnamon for added festivity!
