Escape the mid-week hustle and bustle as you embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation in our ambient yoga class. Led by Rosie, this class promises to be your oasis of calm amidst the weekly chaos.

Rosie teaches a blend of vinyasa and hatha yoga with a focus on anatomy, encouraging movement synchronized with breath. Her approach intertwines the benefits of yoga with functional movement, allowing individuals to feel a positive difference in their day-to-day lives.

Rosie’s warm-hearted teaching style invites you to leave your worries at the door and embrace the joy of yoga. No need to take yourself too seriously – you’ll be encouraged to explore, be curious, and develop your practice with a smile. Rosie’s mission is to demystify yoga, making it accessible for all, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner.

Please bring your own mat, layers and a warm blanket or two to keep you snuggly during savasana.

This class will run every two weeks.

About Rosie:

“I'm a Mum of three growing teenage girls and 10 years ago, swapped a desk-based career to do what I love - teach yoga. To quote my favourite tea advert it, ‘brings me back to me’. I’ve been practising yoga for 20 years and as well as allowing me to carve out a bit of restorative time, yoga helps me to cultivate a healthy mind and body balance, in amongst the crazy day-to-day. I’m originally from Devon and when I’m not taxi-ing or yoga-ing you can usually find me heading towards the sea”.

Rosie is a qualified and registered Advanced Senior Yoga Teacher, qualified in Anatomy and Physiology Level 3, Yoga for Sleep Recovery, Menopause Yoga®, Thai Massage, Yogalates and Yoga for Parkinsons and loves to apply her knowledge to demystify yoga and make it accessible for all.
