Mainland UK delivery: 5 - 7 working days processing + next working day delivery

Free collection: Monday - Friday from Dunkertons Park, Cheltenham

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after your order confirmation has been received.

You will receive a dispatch notification once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, our courier APC Overnight aims to deliver your order the next working day.

APC deliver Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.

On the day of delivery, APC will contact you via email or mobile with an estimated delivery window.

If delivery cannot be completed, your parcel will be returned to your local APC depot. You will be notified and will need to reschedule delivery. After 2 missed delivery attempts, you will need to collect from their depot.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been collected by APC, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delivery Restrictions

Northern Ireland

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

International Delivery

We currently only ship within the UK.

Any international orders placed will be cancelled and refunded.

APC are unable to deliver directly to the following postcodes in Knottingley, Wakefield:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
