Store Collection
We offer free collection from our Cheltenham Shop Monday to Friday between 11am and 5.45pm, select ‘Collect From Our Shops’ at checkout. Your order will be ready for collection at the time and date you selected from: Dunkertons Cider, Dowdeswell Park, London Road, Cheltenham, GL52 6UT.
Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time Mainland England, Wales & Scotland only, excluding Highlands (other regions see below)
Orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
After dispatch our shipping courier, APC Overnight, aims to deliver all orders the next working day. You will receive an email from APC once the order is collected containing your consignment tracking number. APC deliver Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
APC will contact you via email or mobile on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time. If they are unable to deliver on this day your order will be returned to the local depot and automatically rescheduled for delivery at the next opportunity. Please note, APC are unable deliver to the following postcodes in Knottingley, Wakefield:

Northern Ireland
Regretfully, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at present.
International Shipping Policy
We are unable to ship outside of the UK. We will cancel and refund any orders for delivery outside the UK.

Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible, support@dunkertonscider.co.uk with your order number in the emails subject, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Returns Policy
Strictly no returns.
If there is an issue with your order, including quality, please info@dunkertonscider.co.uk with your order number, details of issue, including the batch code and BEE date of the cider. Please include your order number in the email’s subject.
Timed Delivery
We cannot take requests for specific delivery days or times. Once the order has been placed it will be processed in accordance with durations above.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dunkertons Cider is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
