Although Perry pear trees are relatively uncommon, those who mastered growing a Perry were held in high esteem. In times gone by, demand was so high that farmworkers requested part of their wages in Perry. Our Perry has a distinctive Perry pear fragrance with a delicate creamy flavour perfectly balancing initial sweetness with a dry finish.

Please note, our Perry may contain sediment due to high levels of tannin which polymerize together.

All our organic ciders and perry are:

  • Soil Association certified
  • Gluten Free
  • Suitable for Vegans & Vegetarians
  • Contains Sulphites
Food Pairing

Perfectly complements a fresh summer salad, white fish or an organic extra mature cheddar.

Perryfect

Having had a few mixed cases and really enjoyed the Perry I was chuffed to buy enough to keep me going for a few months - with careful rationing. I find the Perry light, clean and crisp tasting, what’s not to like? Well packaged and prompt delivery, great service thank you! Good to call in to Pembridge over Christmas and see where it all began.

Great Cider!

I first bought Dunkertons Cider at a restaurant near Stroud which contained four different bottles. I thought it was the tastiest cider I had drunk so ordered 24 bottles online direct from Dunkertons. They are all brilliant and I look forward to visiting their shop and 'brewery' this summer when we return that way.
