Although a slightly higher price than mainstream supermarket "high end" Cider it really does stand out as being proportionally better - the artisan craft element does make a difference over even the best "vintage" cider made in bulk. But when we get to the Perry I have to take my hat off to Dunkertons who are keeping a centuries old (and actually quite difficult) art not just alive but standing out as a producer of definitive English Perry at its quintessential best. I would really like an opportunity to try Dunkertons Vintage and Organic Cider from the wood as still Ciders but the Perry I feel benefits from the added sparkle which in truth is not too fizzy but just enough to add a little zest. All in all this product is class leading and not my first purchase - and hopefully not my last by a long-chalk.
Well done Dunkertons - keep it up - 6 out of 5 stars :-)
