Tasting notes

Nose
Bittersweet apple skins, oak and a farmhouse depth from the Foxwhelp variety.
Palate
Dry and full-bodied, with rich tannins and a clean apple sharpness.
Finish
Long, dry and moreish. Serve lightly chilled.
