Event Ticket Terms & Conditions - Please Read Carefully Before Booking

Ticket Booking Policy

ï         Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold.

ï         Entry will be denied to anyone without a valid ID matching the booking name.

ï         Tickets are strictly non-refundable. Ensure you can attend before booking.

ï         QR code tickets will be emailed after purchase; these will be required for entry.

ï         Maximum of 20 tickets per order. Orders exceeding this limit will be cancelled.

Age Restriction

ï         This is an adults-only event. All attendees must be 18 years or older.

ï         IDs will be checked by the event team.

Entry and Arrival

ï         Arrive as close to the opening time as possible to avoid delays.

ï         If tickets were booked for a group, all members must arrive together. Otherwise, you will need to wait until the entire group is present for entry.

There may be photographers and content creators at the event. By booking a ticket, you consent to yourself and anyone attending with you,  appearing in photos and videos, which may be used in promotional materials for Dunkertons and affiliated businesses.

Venue Rules

ï         No pets allowed.

ï         Card payments only at the bar.

ï         Limited car parking is available at the Dunkertons overflow car park; follow signs. Use taxis or car share, if possible, due to restricted parking.

ï         Cars can be left overnight at the overflow car park at the owner's risk.

ï         Dress according to the weather; DJs, dancefloor, and food vendors are undercover. Smoking areas and toilets are outside.

ï         Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the marquee; use designated smoking areas.

ï         The use or sale of drugs is strictly forbidden. Anyone found in violation will be immediately removed from the event.

ï         We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour of any kind, including verbal abuse toward other attendees and members of our staff. Violators will have their tickets cancelled with no refunds before the event or be asked to leave on the night.
