Online Shop Orders
All Christmas orders must be placed by midnight on Sunday 19th December at the very latest for delivery to mainland UK, excluding Scottish Highlands.
For delivery outside of mainland UK and Scottish Highlands please order by Monday 13th December. You can view delivery times for different areas of The Highlands here.
However for all postcodes we strongly advise placing your order ASAP to allow time in case of any issues with the couriers. Due to Covid-19 and staff shortages, some APC depots are experiencing extreme delays of up to 3 weeks. Please check if your depot is listed before ordering.
All orders placed after Sunday 19th December will not be sent until Wednesday 5th January at the soonest.
Our offices will be shut from the 23rd of December and will reopen on the 4th of January 2021. We will not be responding to delivery queries between these dates.
If you are having issues with your delivery please contact APC directly. You will need your APC consignment tracking number to do this, if your order has been dispatched this will have been emailed to you.
