If you spent any part of this summer at Dunkertons, you'll know exactly what we mean when we say the atmosphere during the World Cup was something special. Match after match, the taproom filled up, the cheers got louder and the cider (and lager) kept flowing. Now that England's run is behind us, we wanted to share just how big it made this summer.

The numbers don't lie

Across England's eight match days, we poured an incredible 11,708.5 pints during match screening hours alone, that's 7,885 pints of cider and 3,823.5 pints of lager, all served up while England played out on the big screen.

Some nights were bigger than others, with more than 2,000 pints poured on our busiest match days. Proof that once the party gets going at Dunkertons it doesn't stop for anything.

Full to the rafters

It wasn't just the drinks flowing. We hit full capacity three times across England's matches, with fans packed in shoulder to shoulder to cheer the Three Lions on. There's nothing quite like watching a big match surrounded by a crowd that's just as invested as you are, and this summer delivered that in spades.

The world was watching too

The buzz didn't stop at the taproom door. Our World Cup content generated 488,480 views across social media, with people near and far tuning in to see what all the excitement was about.

Roll on the next one

Huge thanks to everyone who came down, cheered, sang and helped us pour close to twelve thousand pints of cider and lager in a matter of weeks.
