IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TICKET HOLDERS – RETROSPECTIVE OF HOUSE END OF SUMMER PARTY – FRIDAY 22ND SEPTEMBER
Please read the below carefully well in advance of Friday and thank you for your understanding.
ENTRY & TICKETING
Doors open at 5.30pm and the event finishes at 11pm, please exit the site promptly and quietly
Your order confirmation email is your ticket – please be ready to present this at entry. This was sent to the lead booker’s email address at the time the booking was made. No other tickets/ QR codes will be issued
Please be ready to show your order confirmation email at entry. If you are a group booking, we strongly advise you to arrive together to prevent any delays in entry. We reserve the right to ask group bookings to wait and enter together
This event is for over 18s only. We reserve the right to ask for valid ID and refuse entry
No dogs are allowed
Your tickets are non-transferable, and non-resalable, and nonrefundable.
We reserve the right to ask for ID to validate ticket purchase and age
Security will be carrying out searches and anyone trying to bring in illegal drugs and highs, alcohol, food or any weapons will be refused entry, all items will be confiscated, and the police will be called
PARKING/TAXIS/DROP-OFFS/DEPARTURE
Parking is SEVERELY limited therefore we recommend you use taxis or share lifts and follow the instructions of our site security at drop-off to prevent congestion on the main road
Please park in the overflow car park along the A40 toward Koloshi Indian restaurant – follow the signs
Please park safely, Dunkertons do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles left overnight
Please pre-book your end-of-night taxis
Please leave the site quietly and be respectful to our neighbours
SET TIMES
It is not possible to publish set times due to any DJ transport delays
We recommend you get to the event as soon as possible
FOOD & DRINK
The bar accepts card payments only
All food vendors will be open
Last orders at 10.30pm
There are three bars:
Taproom Bar
Aperol Spritz & Prosecco Bar
Espresso Martini bar located in La Boulangerie Artisan coffee van
GETTING GLITTERED & SELFIES
A glitter bar will be open
Card and cash accepted £5 per person

BATHROOM FACILITIES
The toilets will be monitored by staff throughout the evening however If you experience any issues with the bathroom facilities, please let a member of staff know so it can be sorted
Please be considerate to other people queuing to use the facilities
SAFETY
In case of fire, please immediately make your way to the main car park

SMOKING ETIQUETTE
There is no smoking including vapes inside the marquees – please be respectful of the venue
There are plenty of designated smoking areas outside
