Please note our offices will be closed all weekend from 1pm on Friday 7th of July so we will be unable to assist with any queries after this time. Below is all the information you need to know before attending, please read through carefully in advance.

Early Bird Weekend Ticket - access to Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Full Price Weekend Ticket– access to Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Friday Day Ticket - access to Friday only
Saturday Day Ticket – access to Saturday only
If you have a weekend ticket and are planning on coming on Sunday please fill out this attendance form
ENTRY & TICKETING
Your order confirmation email is your ticket. This was sent to the lead booker’s email address at the time the booking was made.
No other tickets or QR codes will be sent.
Please present your order confirmation email on the door.
Entry is next to the La Boulangerie Artisan coffee truck.
Over 18s only. We reserve the right to ask for valid ID and refuse entry if not authorised.
No dogs allowed.
Your tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-resalable

5pm - Friday
4pm - Saturday
11am - Sunday
Please be ready to show your order confirmation email at entry. If you are a group booking, we strongly advise you to enter together to prevent any issues.
We reserve the right to ask for ID to validate ticket purchase and age.
Security will be carrying out searches and anyone trying to bring in illegal drugs and highs, alcohol, food or any weapons will be refused entry, all items will be confiscated and the police will be called.
GETTING TO AND FROM DUNKERTONS
Where possible please use taxis or share lifts and follow the instructions of our site security to prevent congestion on the main road.
If you are bringing a vehicle, please follow the signs to the car parks. We will have our standard car park, and overflow car park further along the A40 toward Koloshi and a secondary overflow parking field.
You may leave your car overnight at your own risk, Dunkertons Cider do not accept responsibility for any damage.
Please park considerably and safely.
For taxi drop-offs follow signs to the overflow car park.
Please follow the signs on-site to the car park for the pick-up area.
We encourage advance booking for taxis and these are limited.
Please leave the site quietly and be respectful.
RUNNING ORDER
It is not possible for the set times to be published.
We recommend you get to the event as soon as possible to avoid missing any of the DJ sets.
FOOD & DRINK
The bar accepts card payments only.

GETTING GLITTERED & SELFIES
A glitter bar will be open.
Card and cash accepted £5 per person.

BATHROOM FACILITIES
The toilets will be monitored by staff throughout the evening however If you experience any issues with the bathroom facilities, please let a member of staff know so it can be sorted.
Please be considerate to other people queuing to use the facilities.
SAFETY
In case of fire, please make your way to the main car park adjacent to Taproom.

SMOKING ETIQUETTE
There is a no smoking policy including vapes inside the marquees – please be respectful.
There are plenty of designated smoking areas outside.
SUNDAY IBIZA BEACH PARTY
If you have an Early Bird Weekend Ticket or Full Price Weekend Ticket you are welcome to join us from 12pm-6pm on Tuesday for a day of chill Ibiza beach-style DJ sets.
You are welcome to bring a maximum of 4 family members, including under 18's
Staff will be checking tickets.
