Tate galleries have been selling our bottled cider for a number of years now and recently they have run a trial of our new Dunkertons Craft Cider in the kitchen and bar in Tate Modern Boiler House.
This is what Alex the Tate’s beverage manager has to say:
Dunkertons is one of the great ciders – Ivor championed the use of traditional varieties and had an ethos that we have a great affiliation with at Tate.We obviously avoid the mass produced bland ciders on the market in favour of a traditional British cider that has real heritage. Obviously it also tastes great and the Tate fruit juices we have developed with Bensons Fruit Juices along with the new draught as well as the limited edition cider we have discussed has helped us build a great relationship.
Tate have four galleries; Tate Modern and Tate Britain are both in London, one in Cornwall at St Ives, and, Tate Liverpool. Tate hold the national collection of British art from 1500 to the present day and international modern and contemporary art. The collection includes over 70,000 artworks by over 3,000 artists and grows every year. The galleries have different opening times so check their website if you are planning a visit.
