Salary: £25,000
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, including weekends and evenings on a flexible schedule to cover social media coverage of events and operations.

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing our social media strategy, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies: Create and execute social media plans aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
Manage social media calendars: Create and maintain content calendars for various social media platforms.
Create engaging content: Develop and produce high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, that resonates with our target audience.
Community management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and moderate discussions.
Analytics and reporting: Track and analyse social media metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to inform strategy adjustments.
Paid social advertising: Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns.
Crisis management: Develop and implement crisis management plans for social media.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and innovative mindset.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving license
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
Experience with digital platforms is preferred but not essential. The candidate must be able to quickly learn and adapt to working with Shopify websites and external partners to upload digital content.
